A Little History from the owner...

In 1975, I built my first backyard barbeque grill.  After 20 years of barbecuing for family and friends, I finally have the BBQ grill/smoker combo I've been looking for - The South West Smoker.

In 1996, Superior Welding Service started building the The South West Smoker, making it available for the first time to the public. I believe my barbeque smokers and BBQ grills are superior in design and performance to any other barbecue smoker or grill.
