As I write this (about 3:30 PM, EDT), the SWS1624 is pouring out volumes
of applewood smoke, running at about 225 - 235 F whilst smoking a
number
of chicken breasts. Now, I haven't actually tasted the chicken
yet, but my
judgment
from this vantage point tells me that ** this puppy can
cook!! **
Temperature control is not proving at all difficult; I've had a lot
of experience
with make-shift smokers, but I've been cooking for a lot of years
now, and
I have to say, I'm thoroughly
impressed with this
piece of equipment.
Thanks for building and marketing such a high-power smoker - I'm looking
forward to many happy hours with it! |

First off, working with your grill is fantastic!!! and I'm doing great business
with my company (you
can have a look at www.hellskitchen.de.
There you will see my company and for sure your grill, too).
Thank you for calling me at Germany, I was very surprised. If you will put a
link on your web-page,
everybody should be able to have a look at your grill at my company.
Soon I will open another shop. That for I would need a new SWS2460,
and I decided to put this grill
on a trailer. It also could be possible that I will come visiting your company the
next time, it depends
on the work I do. So don't me afraid if I suddenly mail that I'm coming.
